In this 60-minute class, you’ll be guided through a series of body scans, breath awareness, and visualizations while resting comfortably, supported with props. It’s perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, better sleep, or a moment of calm. No experience is needed—just come as you are. Comfy clothes & a water bottle may be desired.
