Ashley will take you on a journey using Tibetan singing bowls and additional sound healing instruments, while you receive Reiki energy from Heather. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga ma and anything that will make you comfortable throughout this 1.5 hour journey. Limited props available.

Join Reiki Master Heather and Energy Sound Facilitator Marissa for 90 minutes of deep rest and energetic renewal.

Together, we’ll gather in a nurturing space centered around a calming crystal grid. There is no movement in this session—only stillness and comfort. You are invited to cocoon yourself in blankets, pillows, and anything else that helps you fully relax.

While Heather offers gentle Reiki energy, Marissa will guide you through a sound journey using Crystal Bowls, to infuse the vibration healing tones. This immersive experience is designed to help release tension, clear energy blocks, and leave you feeling balanced and restored.

Please dress comfortably and bring anything that will support your rest: yoga mat, blankets, bolsters, pillows, and water.
